Matteson - Ridolfi, Inc.

Matteson-Ridolfi, Inc. was incorporated in 1932 by M.R. Matteson as Raw Materials, Inc., representing Cabot Corporation in Michigan, which is still our largest principal today. Throughout the decades, the company has expanded its sales base through addition of the top raw material suppliers in the industries it serves. The company is currently owned by the Westerbeek family. Matteson-Ridolfi, Inc. represents approximately 35 chemical manufactures and its annual sales are $40 million. The product line includes polymers, monomers, pigments, fillers, catalysts, surfactants, and specialty additives for the coatings, adhesives/sealants, plastics, ink, metal working fluids, cleaners, and pharmaceutical industries. The company is a member of the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD), Materials Marketing Association (MMA), and Michigan Manufacturers Association. We also upgraded our ISO certification to the 9001-2000 standard in 2003. In June of 2000, Matteson-Ridolfi began representing the Cabot Corporation product line in the entire state of Ohio, western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and southern Indiana. We have since grown this territory to 15 additional product lines. We further expanded our territory of coverage with Cabot Corporation in September of 2007 into the states of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Delaware. Our goal in this new region is to grow the Cabot product line and build relationships with additional suppliers to provide additional raw material options for customers in this region.
